IDr. Vianca Añonuevo Favila, PIID
PRINCIPAL
Named as one of the Most Promising Designers for 2013 by the One Mega Group, Interior Designer Vianca Añonuevo-Favila is one of the creative minds behind Empire Designs (Añonuevo.Perez.Arcega). Having graduated with a degree in Business Management from the Ateneo de Manila University, and as top of her class at the Philippine School of Interior Design, she combines both her business acumen and creative know-how in developing spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but functional as well. Though she is known for her elegant design aesthetic, Vianca sees design as relative: What is pleasing and beautiful to one may not be to another. With this philosophy in mind, she creates work that is not only visually pleasing and unique, but can also enhance her clients’ quality of life. To further supplement her design philosophy, Vianca takes inspiration from her travels for the numerous hotel lobbies, residential projects, and showrooms she has designed and completed in her years as an interior designer. Apart from handling design projects, Vianca also pursues her passion for teaching. She currently holds a class in Trends in Interior Design at her alma mater, Philippine School of Interior Design.

Interior Designer JC Arcega is known for his eclecticism and versatility in design, bringing a unique approach to every project he takes on, whether it be contemporary or traditional. With this in mind, JC goes into a project with a collaborative approach. He encourages his clients to actively participate and partner with him in the design process. As a result, projects are well executed and are built with the clients’ needs and wants in mind. This commitment to his profession is reinforced by a constant pursuit of excellence. JC topped the National Interior Design board exams and graduated with flying colors from the Philippine School of Interior Design in 2008. And as a consistent Dean’s Lister in BSBA Business Management at De La Salle University College of St. Benilde, the course proved to be invaluable in pursuing his design profession.Given the chance, JC’s next passion project is to restore and redesign old Catholic churches in the Philippines, as well as train peoples’ eyes on the talent and craftsmanship of the Bulakenyos.
